PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Rated Community is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Rated Community is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the mail carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements for packages lost by the carrier.
